Yeah:

The Reason Rally ought to have some standards <- PZ talks about some problems with the RR.

Two different types of atheists <- I never was a believer, but I do understand enough to understand that I would not have the problem that the author describes.

Stenger on science vs. religion <- very nice!

So here’s one more thing to encode in our neurons:  a theistic god is indeed a god that can be examined with the tools of science and reason.

True, but not on religions terms, of course, and the term "god" becomes a relic of religious language. There is always the danger of either using religious language within a scientific context (therefore setting ourselves up for equivocation, and "god" would have to have a scientific definition, not one that is based on religious epistemology) or sneaking religious epistemology into science (so that religion gets to be given credit for its faith-based, not evidence-based, claims).
